pampang

this series of photo taken during my last semester break. i went to a village called pampang in samarinda(east borneo) where most of the population is descendant of dayak kenyah tribe. they originally came from the highland, but then they start to move closer to the city to fulfill their daily needs.

If you think they are living in a very primitive way you are wrong. I can see that now they life in a very modern way, they have permanent homes, electricity, transportation, they even believe in religion.
